I've never had a gym membership - played and refereed soccer and martial arts. So it was an unknown and intimidating thing to go to a gym.
But Jess Beckett and the members at Glow are so welcoming and helpful! I love the variety of workouts (never doing the exact same thing) and variety of folks - just real people trying to improve ourselves.
I've been going well over a year and will continue to do so ☺️
