Our private Facebook group creates a space where challengers can connect, celebrate wins, share struggles, and keep each other motivated every step of the way.

Our certified nutrition coach will not only provide you with your calorie allotment, but will also help you track your macros (protein, carbs & fat) to make sure you’re fueling your body for performance, recovery, and sustainable results.

Success in this challenge is measured by total percentage lost across weight, inches, and body fat, which gives a well-rounded view of true progress rather than focusing on just one number.
