A trampoline class at Glow is a full-body workout done on a mini-trampoline, or “rebounder.” You’ll combine choreographed bouncing, jogging, jumping, and strength or balance moves for a cardio session that feels more like play than exercise.
Because the trampoline’s surface absorbs much of the impact, rebounding is gentle on the joints while still delivering a challenging cardiovascular session. It works your core, tones muscles, improves coordination, and can help strengthen bones with every bounce.

Our Jump Fit class is a high-energy cardio workout done while wearing special spring-loaded boots called kangaroo boots (or rebound boots).
The boots have built-in springs that create a rebounding effect similar to a trampoline, absorbing much of the impact from running, jumping, and dancing.
In this class, you’ll move through choreographed exercises set to upbeat music, combining cardio, strength, balance, and agility training.
Because the boots reduce impact on your joints by up to 80%, they’re easier on the knees, hips, and back compared to regular high-impact workouts. This makes them suitable for a wide range of fitness levels while still delivering a powerful calorie burn, improving endurance, and giving you a serious mood boost.

Bungee is an aerial-style bungee fitness class. It’s a full-body workout where you’ll wear a padded harness connected to strong bungee cords anchored to the ceiling. The bungees provide both resistance and assistance, supporting part of your body weight while you move.
Because the cords lift and spring you forward, you can perform lunges, jumps, push-ups, sprints, and even flips with far less impact on your joints. The resistance challenges your muscles, especially your core, while the buoyant, elastic pull adds an element of fun and weightlessness.
The result is a high-energy, low-impact session that feels part workout, part flying, and leaves you grinning from ear to ear.
