In this class, you’ll move through our 8 stations in super sets.
You’ll move between two stations 3-4 times, preforming one set of a movement at each. Then, you get to move on to the next two!

Each person uses individual equipment, customized to your fitness level and physical capabilities.
Our certified instructor will help you modify any move necessary.
This program can test your limits, so be ready to give 100%, no matter what your 100% looks like.
