Spring Into summer

WHEN: March- June

WHAT: Points will be awarded for each consultation, weekly weigh-ins, class attendance (max of 5 points per week), % of body weight lost as well as any Personal Training sessions you attend during the challenge

You will gain access to unlimited classes for a duration of 11 weeks ($140+ value). This encompasses our HIIT, Cardio, Strength Training, Kickboxing, Zumba, and the exciting new Hip Hop Hustle. In addition to unlimited classes, you'll receive nutritional guidance and macro calculations during our three one on one consultations ($90 value). Finally, you'll be invited to join a private Facebook group where participants can share support, progress, and experiences.  All together you will have a total value of $230 during this challenge and get to experience Glow Fitness at a substantial discount!

WHEN: November-January

WHAT: Objective: To keep 21 points throughout the challenge.  If you gain a pound you lose a point, if you lose a pound you get a point.  Bonus points for Initial, Mid, and Final consultations.  Tie breakers are 5pts for each % of body weight lost and then a burpee challenge.

You get 10 weeks of unlimited classes, and 3 nutritional consultations (Initial, Mid, Final)

Cost is free for Unlimited Glow members, $40 for friends and family members, and $350 for non-members.
